House rules

1. No smoking in the house - smoking is allowed on any of the three decks.

2. NO PARTIES ALLOWED even if chaperoned.

3. This is a family home and is available for rent to families or groups of mature adults that will treat it responsibly. Use it but don't abuse it!

4. Check -in is 4pm on Saturday and check- out is 11am the following Saturday. Note - if you get here early just go to the beach for awhile it is only a couple of hundred feet away.

5. Bring your own beach towels and sunsreen.

6. No pets.
